SNEP Director News

This year has been a busy one, many performances and events have taken place over the last several months. We have had many losses that have been hard to accept. Our Christmas Program was dedicated to Rena Baty, a long-time supporter of SNEP in many capacities. She is missed by all of us. We have also lost a former employee, Wilma 'Moy' Leonard, she was a tutor years ago and she did a wonderful job for the children in the program. We also lost an elder and Kaa Tlein of the Daklaweidi, Mark Jacobs, Jr. His knowledge of the culture was and still is so valuable, we will miss him very much. Thank you to everyone who attended the Christmas Program, I saw the video and it went really well, I was out of town at a mandatory conference at that time, I hated to miss it. The students love to show you what they're learning. Thank you to everyone who helped with the program and to all who donated salad or dessert. Progress Reports are almost ready to go out, you should be expecting them anytime if you haven't already gotten them. Please call us with any questions regrading these reports or any other matter.

Gunalcheesh,
Laura Castillo!
